It has five subsidiaries including Ningbo South-Sea Chemical Co., Ltd., Ningbo South-Sea Biochemical Co., Ltd., Ningob Flexitone New Materials Co., Ltd., Ningbo South-Sea International Trade Co., Ltd. and Fenghua South-Sea Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.
